HURON — Daniel Alan Koonce, 55, of Huron, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.
Daniel Alan Koonce was born on November 4, 1964.
Daniel was agraduate of Huron High School in the class of 1983. Immediately upon graduation, he began serving his country in the US Air Force.
After a 24 year career that took him to many countries, he retired and returned to Huron.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara J. Koonce of Huron; brother, David Koonce of Ellicott City, Md.; and son, Alan Koonce of Boise, Idaho.
Due to COVID restrictions, Daniel’s family have decided to not have a funeral service at this time.
Daniel will be interred in the Black Hills National Cemetery at Sturgis at a later date.
