GILLETTE, Wyo. — David Rearick, 47 of Gillette, Wyo. passed away Monday, June 18, 2018, at University Hospital in Denver, Colo.
His funeral service was held today at the  New Life Church in Gillette.
David Craig Rearick was born January 9, 1971, in Huron to Craig and Judy Rearick. He graduated from Washington High School in Sioux Falls and furthered his education at the School of Mines in Rapid City.
In 2002, he began his career at Buckskin Mine where he worked for 13 years. In June of 2015, he joined the second most important thing in his life, the Wyoming Machinery Family.
He was united in marriage to Renae Lang July 4, 1998, in Deadwood. He loved to follow his children in their sports activities. He enjoyed hunting with his son and their beloved dog, Jett.
He is survived by his wife, Renae; children, Shadiron (Brandon) Brosa, and Shey Rearick; grandchildren, Keaton David, and Harper Jo; parents, Craig and Judy Rearick of Hitchcock; sisters, Anne (Steve) Pedersen, and Jean (Nick) Schieffer, both of Iowa; in-laws, Dean and Georgia Lang; sister-in-law; Lisa (Skip) Eldridge; brothers-in-law, Loren Lang and Lance (Raven) Lang; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
