SPRING BRANCH, Texas — David “Dave” H. Scheele, 85, of Spring Branch, Texas, and formerly of Huron, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at his residence.
A service in his honor will be 10 a.m, Wednesday, July 17, at Kuhler Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation with family present will be one hour prior to the service.
Dave was born September 10, 1933, in Cavour to Harold and Freida (Verch) Scheele. He was united in marriage to Marjorie Neel November of 1953. He owned the Castle Café in Huron, managed the Sportsman Bar, worked in sales management, and operated a semi-truck.
He married Gladys (Gardner) Williams in 2005.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys; children, Robin Barton of Cheyenne, Wyo., Sandie Zimmerman of Bismarck, N.D., Dawn Klinkel of Scottsdale, Ariz., David Scheele of Westminster, Colo., and Darin Scheele of Marshall, Minn.; four stepsons; siblings, Jim Scheele, and Betty Derksen; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Robert, Danny, and JoAnn Claassen.
