HURON ­ ­— Donna J. Dosch, 79, of Huron, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020, at her home in Huron.

Her funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at Welter Funeral Home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery in Huron.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

Donna Jean Stienblock was born February 3, 1941, to parents, Irvin and Orphia (Kraft) Stienblock in Rockwell City, Iowa.

Donna married Alfred Dorris February 23, 1963, in Pipestone, Minn. They made their home in Huron where Donna worked as a cook for Magness Livestock, West Park Café and D & M Café. She also worked in potato fields and as a housekeeper at the Plains.
Donna married Rodney Dosch July 26, 1996, in Huron. Rodney passed away in 2005. Donna loved to travel, gamble, loved listening to music, and watching Young and the Restless. She loved to cook. She was also involved with the Yada Yada Ladies, having coffee and celebrating birthdays. She loved spending time with her family, she always said, “Family is Everything!”

Donna is survived by her children, Don (Peggy) Dorris of Tulare, David (Mary) Dorris of Mitchell, Wynn (Mariah) Dorris of Huron, Vicky Jo (Michael) Rudd of Huron, Nickie Dorris of Huron, Sandy (Darin) Story of Huron; special boys, Alexzander Dorris and James Dorris; one sister, Wanda (Les) North of Huron; and one brother, Monte (Virginia) Stienblock of Huron; 33 grandchildren; and many great and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Orphia Stienblock; sons, Rick Dorris, James Dorris, and Mike Dorris; granddaughter, Heather Jo Slunecka; brother, Dean Stienblock; and special friend, Vera Phillips.
