The Downtown Street Fest activities took place on Saturday, and, despite the heat, the public came out to enjoy games, food and festivities. Cane ball was being played in the open lot north of Sherwin Williams. In the picture above, a player attempts to return the ball to the opposition, using only his feet in the game that is part volleyball and part soccer. More photos from other activities can be found on Page 7B.
