It was a damp still night at the Miller Central Speedway. Considering the weather, there was  good crowd on hand. Agtegra sponsored the evening with fifty-three cars in the pits.
The Pump N Pak Pure Stocks were first. With draw/redraw in effect, Jayden Michaelsohn ran away from the pole with fourth starting Aaron Holan in pursuit. With the weather and the sprinkles that started at intermission, the track was hammer down fast. Holan ran the best race of his career at Miller but had to settle for second over Curtis Johnson, Destrie Morris and Mark Klebsch. Klebsch, a Street Stock regular in the late 1970s, was in a race car for the first time since 1979. It was Jayden Michaelsohn’s fourth feature win at the track.
The WISSOTA Street Stocks rolled out 12 strong. Outside polesitter Zach Pollock ran away from the field, with Broc Stout putting on the show coming from seventh on the start to finish second over Andy Rossow, Clifford Houser and Luke Johnson. It was Zach’s sixth feature win, putting him eighth on the feature win list. Brandon Hammill added some excitement when he rolled in turn four on the last lap, but was unhurt.
WISSOTA Midwest Modified National Point Leader Cole Searing led all the way from outside pole, while the next three cars behind came from sixth or worse with the Johnson family battling for 2nd with father Lorin beating son Lane, followed by David Carlson and Brad Kopecky. It was Cole’s seventh feature win in the class and his 50th overall at the Miller Central Speedway.
Trevor Anderson led the WISSOTA Modified feature all the way over Jayson Good, Dale Ames and Dylan Zabel, for Trevor’s third feature win at the track.
Searing started third in the WISSOTA Super Stock feature but still led all the way over Jeremy North, Dale Tomes, Cody Martin and Kipp DeGroot, for his 43rd feature win in the Super Stocks.
The WISSOTA Late Models capped off the night with Josh Skorczewski coming from third starting spot to lead early. A yellow on lap five for Rich Thomas’s spin brought WISSOTA National Point Leader Chad Becker to his bumper on the restart, with Becker pouncing right away and winning over Skorczewski, Dustin Arthur, Curt Kranz and Todd Fuerstenau. It was Chad’s 16th feature win at the track, tying Denny Selting for second on the Late Model win list.
The second night of the scheduled two-day event on Saturday was cancelled due to rain, thus capping the 2019 season with Friday’s program.
