United Way board members Ralph Borkowski and Shawn Martin join executive director Rhonda Kludt in trimming roses at Walker’s Flower Shop to help prepare for the 20th annual UWHR Rose Promotion beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Call 352-3537 to reserve a dozen roses for $20. The promotion benefits the Heartland Region United Way.
Another UWHR fundraiser is the “Bag Your Limit Shopping Extravaganza” at Rainbow Flower Shop beginning at 9 a.m. both Friday and Saturday.
