Allison Fisk, market manager of the Huron Farmer’s Market, serves customers fresh popcorn at the event, along with other goods such as homemade/natural bug spray and cold refreshments. Heavy rain interrupted the Huron Municipal Band concert that began at 8 p.m.
Next, Curtis & Loretta, a folk duo from Minneapolis, opened up the stage at Thursday night’s Family Night in the Park activities. The couple play instruments from harp, guitar, mandocello, banjo and vocals, for an entertaining, folksy performance.
