ASHTON — Gene Leslie Zoodsma, 74, of Ashton, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020, in Aberdeen.
Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Hyke Funeral Home in Redfield.
His memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Kody Bullock officiating.
The family asks that those in attendance please wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines. The funeral service will be live-streamed to Hyke Funeral Home’s website for those not able to attend.
Gene Leslie Zoodsma was born July 23, 1945, in Colville, Wash., to Sid and Bea (West) Zoodsma.
Gene married Sandy Nelson, on August 13, 1966.
Gene is survived by his wife, Sandy; daughters, Jolene (Sean) Johnson and Renae (Robert) Eddy; brother, Larry (JoAnn) Zoodsma; and four grandchildren.
Gene is preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Kaye Bliss.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hyke Funeral Home.
