HURON — Folks in and around the Huron community will have the opportunity to sample foods from a variety of local restaurants, with the knowledge that the price of the ticket is going to a good cause.
It’s called “Taste of Huron,” and it takes place Saturday. A $10 tickets entitles the purchaser to sample fare from a variety of Huron restaurants, including Don’t Spill the Beans, Mercy Thai, Manolis Grocery, La Patrona, Godfather’s Pizza, Ryan’s Hangar Restaurant, Fire Pit Pizzeria as well as Putters and Scoops.
And the $10 covers them all.
“Huron has great local food favorites as well as many popular ethnic restaurants,” said Laurie Shelton, Huron Chamber and Visitors Bureau president and CEO. “This event will give everyone the opportunity to same some of the ‘Tastes of Huron.’
Tickets for the event are available at the Huron Chamber offices, at Don’t Spill the Beans and at Manolis Grocery.
