Trish Manolis, an advocate for the Jan Manolis Family Safe Center, models this beautiful 2 carat diamond ring and a fashionable large link silver necklace that will both be up for auction Saturday at the Bags, Baubles and Bears fundraising dinner and auction in the Plains Ballroom. Other bid-worthy items include a Blake Shelton autographed guitar, a Pearlie’s sweet slush and wine basket, Xtreme bowling certificates, wine, wine rack and bottle stoppers, a bottle of wine and a crab dinner for two, lots of gorgeous jewelry and the ingredients for a romantic Italian dinner and movie date. A portion of the funds raised by the event will be matched by Craig Slepikas of Modern Woodmen of America. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. For tickets call the JMFSC office at 554-0398 or stop by A-1 Body Shop or Rainbow Flower Shop.
