REDFIELD — Gordon Vaughn Marzahn, 74, of Redfield, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Hyke Funeral Home in Redfield, with a time of sharing at 7 p.m.
His funeral service will be held Thursday, at 2 p.m. at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Redfield, with Pastor Lorah Houser Jankord officiating.
The funeral will be live-streamed to the funeral home’s website. Masks and social distancing are encouraged at both the funeral home and the church.
Gordon was born to Earl and Mabel (Lunstrum) Marzahn January 2, 1946, in Redfield.
He is survived by two children, LeAnn (Steve) Boomsma, and Jay (Shawna) Marzahn; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Loren (Cynthia) Marzahn; and special friend, Evelyn Ost
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Sandra Kyle.
