Governor Noem slated to speak at Lincoln Day Dinner

HURON — Governor Kristi Noem is the featured guest speaker, for the Beadle County Republican’s Lincoln Day Dinner, set for Tuesday, June 18, at The Plains.
The focus of this year’s dinner is two-fold - the Women’s Sufferage Movement, as well as a celebration of Huron’s recent Community of the Year Award by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.

The event, which is open to the public, will begin with a social at 5 p.m. and Gov. Noem is set to speak at 5:30, followed by the meal.

There will be a silent auction fundraiser, featuring homemade desserts and other donated items.
The Lincoln Day Dinner is hosted by the Beadle County Republican Party, in celebration of President Abraham Lincoln.
