Governors upend Tigers grapplers


PIERRE – The Pierre Governors wresters made it a long night for the Huron Tigers Thursday, dominating the mat with a 66-7 dual victory in Pierre in a dual put together after the Tigers’ scheduled triangular in Yankton with the Bucks and Governors was postponed due to weather.

Huron’s two victories came from Moses Gross at 145 with a major decision over Jaxon Ducheneaux, 15-4, and from Colt Dunkelberger at 152 as Dunkelberger scored a 7-1 decision over Max Hunsley.
Huron is back in action Saturday at the River City Rumble in Chamberlain.
