A crew from Mid-States Reclamation mills 10th Street Southeast in Huron on Tuesday as work got under way to mill and pave about a dozen areas of town. Asphalt Paving & Materials Co. has the $851,396 contract and Mid States is a subcontractor on the project. The millings will be re-used when the streets are paved, which is scheduled to begin next week. No-parking signs are being placed on each street before the work begins.
