HURON — The Huron Tiger boys’ and girls’ soccer teams wrapped up their respective regular seasons on Wednesday, hosting the Mitchell Kernels at Tiger Stadium.
The boys’ chalked up a 3-0 win over the Kernels, ending the regular season with a record of 8-4 and will begin post-season play on Tuesday against an undetermined opponent at this point. Currently, Huron holds the eighth seed in the Class AA playoff picture, although several teams will complete their regular seasons on Saturday.
The Tiger girls fell 1-0 to the Kernels, closing the book on a 0-12 season.
