Huron remembers the 9/11 tragedy

Different events in Huron marked the 18th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, tragedy that took place at the World Trade Center towers in New York, the Pentagon in Washington, DC, and in a rural field in Pennsylvania.

Shown first, employees of the Huron Federal Building participate in the annual patriotic memorial ceremony, hosted by the Federal Employees Program Council, highlighted by singing the National Anthem and God Bless America and the recitation of The Pledge of Allegiance.
