The sixth “I Made a Difference” award was presented to Donna Hofer, 710 Lincoln Ave. S.W. Hofer improves her neighborhood by maintaining beautiful flowerbeds and flower pots around her home. She also keeps her lawn well mowed and trimmed.
She received a flag from the VFW Post 1776 and Auxiliary, gift certificates from East River Nursery, Dakota Provision and Lewis Drug, and a gift from Runnings. The IMAD program is sponsored by the Huron Community Improvement Committee.
