IROQUOIS — The Bensley-Rounds American Legion Post 280 of Iroquois presented its Educator of the Year award for 2019 to the Music Department of the Iroquois Public School.
Teresa Decker, music instructor, and Darold Rounds, band instructor, have significantly improved the music department at the Iroquois Public School.
The awards were presented midway through the Iroquois Christmas program on Dec. 5.
The program showed how well they provided instruction to the children.
