Iroquois celebrates FCCLA Week

Members of the Iroquois FCCLA Chapter celebrated FCCLA Week from Feb. 11-15. Activities members participated in during the week included wear a hat for a dollar day, making banana bread for all staff at Iroquois school, and red out day on Thursday, in which all elementary students who wore red were given a prize. FCCLA is the only career and technical in-school student organization with family as its central focus. Participation in national programs and chapter activities helps members become strong leaders in their families, careers and communities. Back row, from left, are assistant Mary Jane Fast, Ian Mount, president Jacob Russell, Abigail Pohl and vice president Logan Sprong; middle row, Paige Wagner, Lily Blue, Lexi Burma, Kaylee Morehead, Jorja Huls, Skylar Owens and Kasey Burmeister; and in front, adviser Vicki Dant, Isabel Alger, Renea Sanderson, Ashlynn Wipf, Reese Lemke, Sabyl McDermaid and Sarah Nelson.
