Jami was born to Ike and Cindy Waldner June 17, 1976, in Long Beach, Calif. She graduated from Alpena High School in 1994, and with tenacity and drive Jami earned her Nursing degree from Huron University. She shared her love and compassion for others by caring for the patients of the Tschetter Hohm Clinic.
On January 4, 2014, Jami was united in marriage to her best friend and confidant, Chris Waldner. Although short, Jami and Chris made the most out of the time God bestowed upon them by fishing together, vacationing as a family and making treasured memories.
Most of all, Jami enjoyed the time she spent with her children, Logan and Grace. They were more precious to her than they will ever know. Jami led a blessed life full of love and laughter. She loved spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, hanging out at the River with the Real Housewives of West Whitlock, crafting, traveling to new places and enjoying life’s many adventures. Some of her fondest memories were made right at home, making great food with amazing friends and family with a healthy serving of laughter.
Jami’s faith in God was strong, even in the midst of deep waters she never doubted Him and his plan for her. Through her faith, Jami endeavored to guide her children, leading them by example with the love she shared for the Lord.
She is survived by her adored and much loved children, Logan and Grace Mulder; her cherished husband, Chris Waldner; her parents, Ike and Cindy Waldner; her paternal grandmother, Rebecca Waldner; numerous extended family members; and her fur babies, Finn and Buddy.
Jami will be profoundly missed by all who shared in her life, but especially those who called her wife, mother, daughter and friend.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
