REDFIELD — Arvilla Jean Levtzow, 86, of Redfield, formerly of Rockham, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019.
Her funeral service will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 20, at the Redfield United Methodist Church. After a time for refreshments and fellowship, burial will be at the Grace Cemetery in Rockham. Visitation with family present, will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Hyke Funeral Home in Redfield.
Jean was born on December 18, 1932, in Miller to Lloyd and Gladys Engle. She was united in marriage to Gayle Levtzow November 8, 1954. She was a stay-at-home mother and farm wife for many years. She was an active member of United Methodist Women (UMW). She supported and promoted Heifer International charity and was very proud of her mission trip to Honduras.
She is survived by her children, Linda Levtzow, and Daniel “Hype” (Cris) Levtzow both of Redfield; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gayle; siblings, Joyce Newman, Roger, Wayne, Virgil, and Dorothy Engle.
