MADISON — Johannah L. Brockhoft, 40, of Madison, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017, at the Madison Regional Health System in Madison.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, December 12, at the Ellsworth Funeral Home in Madison.
Johannah L. Weber was born December 5, 1977, in New York to Frederick and Jan (Jensen) Weber. She was raised in Louisiana where she graduated from high school before moving to South Dakota in 1998. Johannah married Chris Brockhoft September 9, 2014, at the Library Park in Madison. She worked for Tim Schultz at the seed plant in Madison and enjoyed artwork and reading.
She is survived by her husband; son, Scott “AJ” Kunsky of Madison; mother, Jan Weber of Madison; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father.
