Junior Achievement to host Huron Bean Bag Tournament Saturday

HURON — Junior Achievement will be hosting a fundraiser for their Junior Achievement programs in Huron. The Huron Bean Bag Tournament will take place this Saturday, at the Huron Fairgrounds Nordby Exhibit Hall.
Registration begins at 3 p.m., and the event is set to start at 4 p.m. Individual teams consist of two people, and a corporate team consists of four teams with eight people, including a sign with logo at the event.
The first place team will be awarded $200, and the Loser’s Bracket Winner will receive $100. There will be Calcutta, and double elimination tournaments offered.
Teno’s Tacos by L & M Foods will have food available to purchase, with 10% of their proceeds going to Junior Achievement. You can register online at www.jasd.org/events.
Junior Achievement works with students to develop skills, think creatively, solve problems, and understand job opportunities that are available here in South Dakota, while helping teach the  importance of budgeting and investing to help build an ethical foundation.
