HURON — The Huron High School Key Club members are again participating in the annual Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign on the evening of Monday, Oct. 30.  

Key Clubs have been fundraising through Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF for decades.  

This year, Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF donations will go to the Global Humanitarian Emergency Thematic Fund, which allows UNICEF to be agile in responding to hundreds of emergencies and complex humanitarian situations each year.  

This funding supports UNICEF’s critical “first responders” as well, allowing UNICEF to reach and help children in the first few days of a crisis, which in turn allows UNICEF to rush critical supplies to children and their families anywhere in the world within the first 72 hours of a crisis.
