Kindernook Preschool makes Stone Soup

Students at Kindernook Preschool enjoyed the story Stone Soup, which teaches others to share. Families were invited to donate to the school’s “Caring and Sharing” collection. Roger and Reva Pownell from the Salvation Army Food Pantry visited children in the 3’s class and expressed their appreciation for helping others in the community. Children from both classes donated food and personal hygiene products. The lil’ gobblers and pilgrims celebrated the joy of the Thanksgiving season with a friendship feast. Children in the 3’s class are shown with the Pownell’s and teacher Karen Wehde.
