WESSINGTON SPRINGS —LaVonne Marie Beckman, 99, of Wessington Springs, passed away Tuesday May 19, 2020, in Mitchell.
A private family service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Wessington Springs. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
LaVonne was born October 2, 1920, to William and Mary (Welter) Klink.
On January 1st, 1943, she was married Alfred Beckman.
Survivors include her daughters, Marilyn Etbauer, Sheila Pederson, Julie (Doug) Molumby; grandchildren, Kelli Woodwick, Cory Etbauer, Chad Pederson, Ryan Pederson, and Ashley Hasz; five great-grandchildren, Lukas and Audra Woodwick, Jacob and Julia Etbauer, and Logan Hasz.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her sister, Delores Kogel; brother-in-law, John Kogel; and sons-in-law, Jerry Pederson and Dennis Etbauer.
