HURON — LeAnn ‘Nubby’ Lundeen Wood passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020.
No services will be held at this time.
She was born in Huron on October 12, 1946, to Kenneth Lundeen and Phyliss Werner.
LeAnn and Joe were lifelong soul mates. Their lives revolved around family and LeAnn was the glue that held it all together. She was very proud of her family.
Aside from her family, he passions were horse racing and slot machines. She was a pro! There was no such thing as a stranger to LeAnn, she was everyone’s friend and welcomed everyone into her home.
Though she is no longer physically with us, she will continue to be the glue binding us together forever. She we be forever missed and loved beyond measure.
She is survived by a sister, Linda Sorenson; her husband, Joe Wood; son, Shane Harris; daughters, Jennifer Lance and Brea Wood; many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Landis Lundeen.
