HURON — Lee K. Pfeiffer, 71, of Huron, passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 at University Hospital Main Campus in Cleveland following a brief illness.
Family will receive friends 2 p.m., until time of Celebration of Life at 3 p.m. Saturday, at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria, Ohio, 440-322-4626. (Per CDC guidelines social distancing will be observed). MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Burial will be private.
He was born April 28, 1949, in Duluth, Minn. Lee worked as a forecaster for the National Weather Service. He proudly served his Country in the United States Air Force. Lee enjoyed fishing, music, pheasant hunting and was a great man of faith.
Survivors include his daughters, Rhonda (John) Luptak of Olmsted Twp., Barbara (David) Gooch of Elyria; grandchildren Anna, Philip, Samantha, Brianna, Andrew, Jocelyn and Mitchell; and sister, Jill (John) Hershman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and MayFern Pfeiffer (nee Sheeks); step-mother, Betty Pfeiffer (nee Anderson); brother, Larry Pfeiffer.
