To the Editor:
While the Re-Trumplicans think the former president is the best thing since sliced bread, others are saying “thank you Lord.”
Biden’s first 100 days has resulted in increased vaccine production, as we near half the adult population being partially or totally vaccinated. We’ve also rejoined the Paris Climate Accord and the World Health Organization.
While Black Lives Matter is not a big deal out here, it is a protest, not like a riot which occurred on Jan. 6, sponsored by white supremacists and Trump supporters of the big lie.
Immigration is always a beacon of hope for those coming from repressive societies, economic restriction and natural disasters, to the U.S. The problem is not everyone is eligible.
The Karen people are a good example of assimilation into our country. They work at jobs we don’t want, their children are active in school, they are religious and have an economic impact on our community.
Our country is still alive, and getting better.
