To the Editor:

In late December, President Trump was voted America’s Most Admired Man for 2020. I wanted to read more about it, but have not seen even one sentence in the Plainsman.

I hope this does not mean that you are suppressing any favorable news of the president.

I am also troubled by articles from the AP that say, usually in the first paragraph, that America is systematically racist. That is false.

America was founded on a desire for religious freedom, and its founders worked to abolish the slave trade.
