WOLSEY — Lillian R. Hoskins, 91, of Wolsey, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018, at SunQuest Healthcare Center in Huron.
Her funeral service will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Wolsey with burial in the Wolsey Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday with the family present from 5 to 7 pm at the Welter Funeral Home in Huron or visitation one hour prior to the funeral service at the church on Tuesday.
Lillian Rose Jungemann was born December 30, 1926, to Walter and Virginia (Babcock) Jungemann in Wolsey. She attended Weeks Country School through the 8th grade, then attended Wolsey High School. Lillian worked in various cafes in Wolsey, Miller and Huron areas. Lillian was united in marriage to Edward E. Hoskins on November 7, 1953 in Egan; the wedding was officiated by her uncle, the Rev. John H. Jungemann. After Edward passed away, Lillian started sewing for weddings and designing wedding cakes and flowers for all occasions. In the early 1990’s, Lillian opened Lillian’s Crafts N More on main street in Wolsey. Lillian loved to grow flowers and vegetables every summer, as well as making special birthday cakes that her grandchildren always enjoyed.
 Grateful for sharing in Lillian’s life are her children, Charles (Sandra) Jungemann of Greensburg, Kan., Randal Jungemann of Wolsey, Lynn Nett (Robert) Wagner of Wolsey, and D’Ann (Dennis) Fromm of Huron; six grandchildren, Michael Jungemann, Jennifer (Ted) Haeder, Holly (Jim) VanBuskirk, Justin (Nicole) Wagner, Shayla (Chad) French, and Desirae (Bryce) French; 17 great-grandchildren, Gracie and Emily Jungemann, Cooper, Cash, Emma and Timber Haeder, Parker and Kade Van Buskirk, Reagan, Jada, Corbin, and Jorja Wagner, Mercedez and Paxton French, and Tate, Riley, and Jax French; two brothers, Terry (Dianne) Jungemann of Jefferson, and James (Sandy) Jungemann of Huron; two sisters-in-law, Janice Jungemann of Wolsey, and Norelle Bartel-Russell of Huron.
 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Hoskins; one son, Larry Hoskins; two brothers, Marlo and Gerald Jungemann; one sister, Yvonne Bartel; and one grandson, Adam Fromm.
