WESSINGTON SPRINGS — Lois Watson Lee, 89, of Wessington Springs, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Weskota Manor in Wessington Springs.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, March 24, in the Huron LDS Ward in Huron. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Basham Funeral Home in Wessington Springs and Saturday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Interment will be in Prospect Hills Cemetery at Wessington.
She was born February 19, 1929, in Salt Lake City, Utah to James David and Sarah (Spencer) Watson. She was united in marriage to Donald William Lee October 26, 1950.
The couple were faithful members of the LDS Church and served in many callings. She was a very creative person who liked the challenge of a new recipe, caring for her own garden and traveling. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.  
She is survived her children, Jan Miller (Russ) of American Fork, Utah, David of Orem, Utah, Steven (Janalee) of Ogden, Utah, Mark (Holly) of Orem, Utah, and Brenda (Larry Klimas) of Los Angeles, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.  
She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Divett Lee; her husband; and all of her siblings.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Opera House, Shakespeare Garden, Jerauld County Heritage Center or Weskota Manor, all in Wessington Springs.
