HURON — Lola McHugh, 83, of Huron, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at the Huron Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. today at the Kuhler Funeral Home, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. this evening at the Kuhler Funeral Home.
Lola Jean Klinger was born July 13, 1936, to Clarence and Edna (Lienemann) Klinger at Fulton.
On June 15, 1957, Lola married “Mac” Merlyn McHugh at the First Lutheran Church at Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband, “Mac” McHugh of Huron; sons, Doug (Jill) McHugh of Huron, Dan (Tamme Rohde) McHugh of Watertown and Delvin (JoAnn) McHugh of Huron; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; sister, Louise Hubbart of Mitchell; and brother, Rodney Klinger of Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Randall Klinger; sisters-in-law, Donna Klinger and Joyce Klinger; brothers-in-law, Robert Hubbart and Garry McHugh; and her parents-in-law, Rex and Eunice McHugh.
