WESSINGTON SPRINGS — Loretta Nadine Tillery, 86, of Wessington Springs, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018, at the Weskota Manor in Wessington Springs.
Her funeral service will be 3 p.m., Friday, May 18, at the Foothills Bible Fellowship Church in Wessington Springs. Burial will be in the Black Hills National Cemetery at Sturgis. There will be no visitation.
Loretta Nadine Lawver was born April 11, 1932, in Gann Valley, to Jake and Laura Lawver. She graduated from Wessington Springs High School.
She was united in marriage to Leon A. Tillery. From 1950 to 1976, they resided in Rapid City. To this union three children were born, Danny, Darrell and Shirley. In 1976, the Tillery family returned to Wessington Springs.
She is survived by her three children, Danny (Jayne) Tillery of Fort Worth, Texas, Darrell (Brenda) Tillery of Mesa, Ariz., and Shirley Youngerman of Ball Ground, Ga.; and one sister, Irma (Ellis) Randall of Salt Lake City, Utah. She will also be dearly missed by her six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leon; three infant sisters; granddaughter, Christina Youngerman; grandson, Micheal Youngerman; and grandson-in-law, Jamie Schaeffer.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Kuhler Funeral Home.
