CONDE — Lynn LeRoy Hildebrant, 84, of Conde passed away Monday, October 29, 2018, at his home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 2, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Turton. Burial, with military honors, will follow in St. John’s Cemetery at Conde. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., with family present, at the church.
Lynn LeRoy Hildebrant was born May 22, 1934, in Crandall to Benjamin and Hope “Jeanette” (House) Hildebrant. He graduated from Frederick High School and served with the U.S. Navy until being honorably discharged in 1955.
He was united in marriage to Arliss Zeck in 1956. He obtained a teaching degree with a math major from Northern State University, and later earned a master’s degree in Education Administration. He taught junior high and high school math classes in Warner, Gettysburg, and Eagle Butte. He married Madonna Hafner in 1971.
He is survived by his wife, Madonna; children, Randy (Dodie) Hildebrant of Rapid City, Anthony Hildebrant of Conde, Patrice Williams of Lincoln, N.D., and Benjamin (CaCee) Hildebrant of Mitchell; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Bernadine Hildebrant, Eunice Hildebrant, Betty Hildebrant, and Norma Hildebrant.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Glen Hildebrant, Ben Hildebrant, Dean Hildebrant, Eugene Hildebrant, Richard Hildebrant and Loren Hildebrant.
