HURON — M-O Federal Credit Union of Huron awarded two $500 educational scholarships to members Sylvia Kattner and Seth Martens. In addition, M-O FCU would like to recognize Parker Broer for being awarded a Credit Union Foundation of the Dakotas scholarship.
Kattner is the daughter of Linc and Kristi Kattner, and a 2019 graduate of Huron High School. She will attend South Dakota State University in Brookings, with plans to major in music education.
Martens is a 2019 graduate of Aberdeen Central High School, and is the son of Bill and Gayla Martens. He will be attending Western Dakota Tech in Rapid City this fall for computer aided design.
Broer is the son of Gail Broer and Steve Broer, and a 2019 graduate of Huron High School. He will be attending Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown, with plans to major in ag business.
