The Make it With Wool Contest for District 4 was held Sept. 12 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Brookings. From left, are Michelle Hauck, Vermillion, Made for Others; Nicole Hauck, Vermillion, Senior; Lauren Hansen, Brookings, Pre-Teen; Dianne Perry, Bancroft, Director; and Talayna Opdahl, Hazel, Junior. All contestants were awarded first place by the judges from Volga and Elkton. They will advance to the State Make It With Wool Contest in September in Spearfish in conjunction with the South Dakota Sheep Growers Association annual meeting.
