Eighth-grade boys
HARRISBURG — The Huron Middle School eighth-grade boys won one of three games Thursday at Harrisburg.

Huron’s “A” team overpowered Harrisburg 48-27, as Parker Graff scored 27 points and Mason Jurgens added 12 points and eight rebounds.

Harrisburg escaped with a 29-28 win in the “B” matchup. Huron was led by Tommie Martin with 13 points and seven rebounds, while Landon Hulst scored six points and grabbed nine rebounds.

The “C” game came down to the wire as well, with Harrisburg eking out a 23-21 win, despite 11 points and four rebounds from Landyn Mumbulo. Christopher Dah and Rayshawn Wipf each scored four points. Wipf also had six rebounds and four steals.

Seventh-grade boys
HARRISBURG — The Huron seventh-grade boys’ basketball team recorded a 41-34 victory against Harrisburg on Thursday.

Anderson Porisch led the Tigers with 20 points, while Ty Kleinsasser had 10 points and James Shoultz addedfive points.
