Miller/Highmore-Harrold cruises past Bearcats

MILLER — The Miller/Highmore-Harrold Rustlers got five touchdowns from Landon Sivertsen as they rolled to a 50-26 win in the first round of the 9AA football playoffs Thursday night.
Sivertsen had 201 yards on the ground, on 24 carries, and scored on runs of two, three, seven, three and 80 yards for the Rustlers, who move to 7-2 with the win.
Karst Hunter ran 12 times for 54 yards and a pair of scores, while Henry Mullaney carried 10 times for 103 yards.
For the Bearcats, who close the book on a 6-3 season, quarterback Braden Holland ran 23 times for 128 yards and ran for a pair of scores. Holland was also 12-32 through the air for 134 yards and one touchdown pass, a 42-yarder to Devin Koslowski.
