Charleigh Brewer of Wessington, left, and her grandmother, Jill Hins of Huron, were awarded their 2017 United Barrel Racing Association championship saddles on Saturday during the Fresh Start Futurity event at the Beef Complex on the South Dakota State Fairgrounds.
It’s the third national title for Brewer in the PeeWee division and the second national title for Hins in the 2D Open division. Both were defending champions.
