Last week, while touring the State Capitol in Pierre, elementary students from Hitchcock-Tulare ran into the 2017 Miss South Dakota contestants, who were touring the capitol during a break from a pre-pageant workshop. In one photo, H-T first graders pose with the contestants and State Auditor Steve Barnett, while in the other photo, Kindergarten students get a photo with Miss SDSU, Miranda Mack, who is from Redfield.
