Outdoor show returns to Huron this weekend

Posted

HURON — After a COVID-forced hiatus last spring, the Performance Radio Outdoor Show returns this weekend, with all of the toys for the outdoor enthusiast under one roof, at the Nordby Exhibit Hall on the S.D. State Fairgrounds.

The show will run Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday from 11 to 3. Everyone is welcome to peruse the outdoor show and admission is free. A total of 28 exhibitors will be on hand.

A wide array of campers, boats, ATVs, mowers and other home improvement vendors will offer the latest and greatest in outdoor equipment. There will be firearms vendors and the Beadle County Sportsman Club will host a brat feed both days at noon, with a freewill offering tagged to assist kids to attend summer camps.

At 1 p.m. on Saturday, there will be a presentation on hand gun fundamentals and at the same time on Sunday, a presentation on self-defense will take place. Both presentations are hosted by Fallout Shelter Ministries of Watertown.
