BOTHELL, Wa. — Patricia Elsing Neal, 71, of Bothell, Wa., passed away Thursday, June 22, 2018.
Patty wished to be cremated.
She was born May 24, 1947, in Minnesota to Harry and Betty Elsing. As a small child the family moved to South Dakota. She attended school in Cavour and graduated from Huron High School in 1965.
After a family tragedy in the early 1960’s, she went to live with Charles and Jean Geyer and their family. She later met and married James Neal from Flandreau. They moved to California and eventually to Seattle, Wash. They later divorced.
She is survived by two sons, Scott and Kevin, both of Everett, Wa.; three grandchildren; siblings, Barbara, and Shaun both of Wash.; foster sisters, Rona Urban, and Cindy Sammons both of Huron; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her biological parents; her foster parents; and sister, Lois.
