POLO — Paul John Schlechter, 89, of Polo, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Faulkton Healthcare Center in Faulkton.
Funeral mass will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Liborius Catholic Church in Polo with Father Christopher Hughes, celebrant.
The funeral is private for family only, but they do invite others to join them virtually. The funeral will be live broadcast at: http://www.familyfuneralhome.net.
Paul (Bart) Schlechter was born July 20, 1931, to Conrad T. and Mary K. (Venjohn) Schlechter.
He married Pearl (Gortmaker) Adkins May 11, 1991.
He is survived by his wife, Pearl; many step children; two grandsons; niece, Jennifer Schlechter; and great-niece, Sophia Schlechter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Maurice and Lawrence; and a step grandson, Darian.
