Emily Arteman, second from right, daughter of Tony and Brenda Arteman is the recipient of a PEO Elf loan. She is a student at USD and will graduate in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and a minor in social media marketing and dance. She recently was selected as president of her sorority.
