WESSINGTON — Pete Lizer, 36, of Wessington, passed away Monday, August 3, 2020, in Wessington.

Pete was born on September 25, 1983, in Rockford Ill.
After high school Pete moved to South Dakota. He made too many friends in S.D. to mention them all.
Pete was loved by so many. He loved riding horses, working on the farm, making tracks on his four-wheeler...and he never stopped turning wrenches.
Pete’s proudest accomplishment was his daughter. He could spend days talking about Waylynn. And she adored him. He was a great dad, a friend, a brother, and the life of every party.
Survivors include his daughter, Waylynn; father, Bob Lizer; sister, Belinda (Martinez) Hallman; along with several aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Laurene (Brandenburg) Lizer; grandmother, Pat (Rose) Adams.
