HURON — Phebejean Mills, 90, of Huron, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021, at her home in Huron.

A memorial visitation will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday, with a time of sharing and prayer service at 4 p.m. at Welter Funeral Home.

She was born Nov. 14, 1930, to Boyd and Mary (Knox) Snedigar.

She married Edward Leroy Mills Dec. 24, 1949.

She is survived by three daughters, Connie Jean (Charley) Goehring, Denise Kae (Mark) Heisinger and Shawn Renee Mills; seven grandchildren, Heather Goehring, Christopher Goehring, Nicole Mills, Erik Dudley, Adam Heisinger, Keith Dudley and Megan Heisinger; eight great-grandchildren, Tristan Mills-DeJean, Jordan Manley, Dylan Mills- Stroud, Savanna, Sierra, and Shyanne Dudley, Katlyn Leshuk, Caden Dudley, and Briley Heisinger; and one great-great-granddaughter.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; and half-sister, Darleen (Jones) Cooper.
