HURON — Phyllis J. Modine, 87, of Huron, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family.
Her Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018, at the American Lutheran Church in Huron. Visitation, with family present, will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, February 23 at the Welter Funeral Home or one hour prior to her service at the church on Saturday.
