It is a recurring theme, but as the ripples of the COVID-19 pandemic continue to grow, some tough decisions must be made. As advertising revenues dwindle, due to businesses being altered or closed from the virus, the Plainsman is making tough decisions as well.
Staff hours have been cut for hourly employees and salaried employees have been reduced by a minimum of 10%. And while that lowered expenses, it cannot make up for the shrinking revenue we are dealing with right now.
